    My friend started business 2 years back.Now someone is suing her for a percentage of the business which was never agreed upon.There is nothing in writing.She has 30 days to respond to his attorney and the court.How should she respond?

    Just send a reply to his notice through your attorney and deny the false claims. There is nothing to worry if there was no such partnership or agreement between the person and your friend.
